多参数磁共振成像引导下前列腺靶向穿刺活检的临床应用进展 被引量:12

摘要 目前,前列腺癌的诊断主要依靠前列腺特异性抗原(PSA),并继以前列腺穿刺活检,但由于PSA的特异性较差,故临床上将穿刺活检作为前列腺癌确诊的金标准.为了确诊或排除前列腺癌,美国每年要进行约100万次的前列腺穿刺活检.良好的穿刺技术应兼具高度的敏感性和特异性,为临床实践提供足够的证据.
