摘要
采用现行市价法,对受损苗木的经济价值进行司法鉴定,以期为苗木补偿提供参考依据。
In order to provide some references for seedlings compensation in the forensic identification, the currently-enforced market price method was adopted to identify the economic value of impaired seedlings.
