摘要
在总结和分析国内外煤矿事故风险研究的基础上,依据集成管理的基本思想,结合行为安全"2-4"模型的研究框架,提出一种从事故致因链、事故内部影响链、事故外部影响链3个层面对煤矿事故风险展开研究的集成管理思路,并构建了三者结合的、全面分析煤矿事故风险的集成管理整体框架。
Based on the summary and analysis of domestic and foreign research on the coal mine accident risk, according to the basic idea of integrated management, combined with the behavior safety ＂2-4＂ model, put forward a chain, from the accident causing accident, accident chain internal influence of external influence chain three aspects of coal mine accident risk is studied, and the construction of the combination of the three levels, a comprehensive analysis of the overall framework of risk management of coal mine accidents is brought forward.
