非焦油黏结剂制备煤基柱状活性炭的试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用高分子聚合物作为黏结剂,以气肥煤、无烟煤和贫煤为原料,通过配煤法制备柱状活性炭,可以在传统活性炭的基础上大幅度降低柱炭破碎炭的成本。试验结果表明,当活性炭的最佳配比气肥煤∶无烟煤∶贫煤为3∶4∶3、炭化温为600℃、活化温度为900℃及烧失率为63.5%时,可以得到性能优异的活性炭,其碘值为1000 mg/g,亚甲蓝272.5为mg/g,强度为94.32%。 Taking high-molecular polymer as binder, gas-fat coal, anthracite and lean coal as raw materials to prepare columnar activated carbon by coal blinding, which sharply decreasing costs of column coal and shivered carbon basing upon the traditional activated carbon. The results showed that when the optimum ratio of gas-fat coal , anthracite and lean coal was 3: 4 : 3, the carbonization temperature was 600 ℃, the activation temperature is 900 ℃, and the burn-off ratio is 63.5%, the performances of the activated carbon were the best, with iodine number was 1000 mg/g, methylene blue number was 272.5 mg/g, and hardness was 94.32%.
