摘要 根据矿井热害发展特点,结合现场实际,将基本建设矿井存在的热害划分为井筒掘进到通风系统形成阶段、大巷掘进至生产系统形成阶段、正常生产阶段3个阶段。对矿井热害热源进行了简要分析。根据经验公式,对不同施工阶段风温进行预测,在此基础上对陈蛮庄矿井不同阶段降温需冷量进行计算。测算结果经陈蛮庄矿井现场验证与实际基本相符合。通过分阶段预测风温并据此测算各阶段需冷量,对于基建矿井的热害治理具有一定的借鉴意义。 According to development characteristics of coal mine heat harm, combined with the actual field, the heat harm which existed in the capital construction coal mine can be divided into the stage of shaft sinking into the ventilation system forming, the stage of main gate driving into production system forming and the stage of normal production. A brief analysis of the heat source of heat harm was made, and then the air temperature of different construction stages was predicted according to the concerning empirical formulae, cold requirement of air cooling of different stages in the Chenmangzhuang coal mine was calculated on the basis of air temperature prediction, and the prediction results by coal mine onsite verifying were basically in keeping with the actual, It was significant for heat harm treatment of the capital construction coal mine by predicting the air temperature and calculating the cold requirement of different stages.
