the features and the same and different points of the hidden trouble investigation and control and safety quality standardization and safety risk prevention and control management system were discussed. Interaction relationships of three works were analyzed, which were that hidden trouhle investigation and control was taken as the key work and its long term mechanism was built and enriched, safety quality standardization was taken as the basic guarantee work and creation activities of reaching the standard were developed deeply to improve coal mine safety guarantee ability, safety risk prevention and control management system was taken as the direction of management by encouraging coal mine enterprise to absorb and adopt advanced risk management method to further improve safety management standard and make the three works playing their respective advantages and role and jointly promoting coal mine safety production.
