摘要
教育强国是世界强国的题中应有之义。"教育综合实力"不只是"教育的硬实力",还有"教育的软实力"。教育的软实力很大程度上取决于"教育的品质",即教育的自由、平等、担当、激活、区分的程度。
Building the powerful nation through education is the innate connotation of powerful nations in the world. The comprehensive power of education is not just the hard power of education. It is also the soft power of education. The soft power of education mostly depends on the quality of education, which is the degree of freedom, quality, responsibility, activation, and classification of education.
