摘要
区域教育综合改革作为一项复杂的系统工程,需要教育理论研究者的参与。教育理论研究者的参与有助于将各种复杂要素和关系外显化、为改革提供理论资源以及提高本土教育者的素养。教育理论研究者参与的过程包括立体调研、技术分析、过程推进和多维评估四个阶段。要提高参与的有效性,教育理论研究者必须要有准确的自我定位、良好的合作能力以及较强的本土意识。
As a complex system engineering, the comprehensive reform of district education requires education theory researchers" participation. Education theory researchers" participation helps to make the complex factors and the relationship of reform clear, offer the theoretical resources for the reform and improve the literacy of education practitioners. The process of education theory researchers" participation includes four stages: stereoscopic survey, technical analysis, processing promotion, and multi-assessment. To improve the effectiveness of participation, educational theory researchers must have aecurate self- positioning, good cooperation ability, and strong sense of natives.
