跨学科研究生培养复合导师制度的构想 被引量:28

摘要 当前,国内外大学开始探索和实践跨学科研究生培养,这是科学研究与发展的需要,也是适应社会对人才新要求的需要。跨学科研究生培养势必会促使传统研究生培养导师制度的改革,复合导师制度对于培养拔尖创新人才具有重要的意义。目前,导师跨学科知识和思维欠缺、以院系为基础的身份制度、科研经费对跨学科支持不足等都限制了我国高校复合导师制度的建设和推进。构建复合导师制度,必须要统筹跨学科师资力量,建设复合导师团队和指导委员会,增强跨学科研究和人才培养的经费支持,建立健全遴选、考核与评估、监督制度,使跨学科研究生培养制度化。 Under the perspective of interdisciplinarity, universities at home and abroad start to explore postgraduate cultivation through interdisciplinarity, which is the need of scientific research development and new social requirement for talents. Interdisciplinary postgraduate cultivations bound to lead to the revolution of traditional postgraduate cultivation mentorship system, and the compound mentorship system will be important to the cultivation of outstanding talents. However, the lack of interdisciplinary knowledge and mind among China's mentorships, the faculty's identity based on college and department, insufficient research funding support for interdisciplinary research limit the development of compound mentorship system. Efforts should be made to build a compound mentorship system through coordinating interdisciplinary faculties, establishing compound mentorship teams and steering committee; enhancing the funding support for interdisciplinary research and education; building and improving selection, examination, evaluation and supervision system to institutionalize the interdisciplinary postgraduate cultivation.
