血管内超声与光学相干断层显像在经皮冠状动脉介入治疗中应用的优劣及前景 被引量:2

摘要 近几十年来,经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneouscoronaryintervention,PCI)取得了很大进展,同时,人们对动脉粥样硬化斑块的深入认识和介入治疗的发展离不开血管内成像技术的发展和进步。上世纪80年代末,血管内超声(intravascularultrasound,IVUS)开始应用于临床。IVUS通过导管技术将微型化的超声探头置入血管腔内进行显像,可提供血管的横截面图像,直接显示管壁结构,从而进行定性分析和定量测量。这使临床上直接观察血管壁成为可能,
