计算(预测)毒理学:化学品风险预测与管理工具 被引量:2

摘要 化学品污染被联合国环境规划署列为影响人类生存与发展的全球性重大环境问题之一[1].化学品风险防控的一个重要瓶颈是,基于传统实验测试评价化学品环境风险性的速度(2~3年/种),远低于新化学品进入市场的速度(~1000种/年),已导致10万种以上的大量既有化学品未经风险评价而在市场上使用[2].
