高、低级别卵巢浆液性癌Livin与Ki67的表达特征及意义 被引量:6

Expression of Livin and Ki67 proteins in low and high-grade ovarian serous carcinomas and its clinical significance

摘要 目的探讨高、低级别浆液性卵巢癌中Livin与Ki67的表达特征和临床意义。方法依照两级分级系统,选取16例低级别和43例高级别浆液性癌,采用免疫组织化学SP法检测Livin与Ki67蛋白的表达。结果Livin蛋白表达与卵巢浆液性癌国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)分期及淋巴结转移无相关性(χ2=0.022和0.020,P>0.05),Ki67蛋白表达与FIGO分期和淋巴结转移相关(χ2=10.524和9.671,P<0.05)。低级别组Livin高表达高于高级别组(χ2=8.580,P<0.05),低级别组Ki67高表达低于高级别组(χ2=15.252,P<0.05)。高、低级别浆液性癌组织中Livin与Ki67表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 Livin蛋白在低级别卵巢浆液性癌组织中表达上调,提示其可能在肿瘤细胞异常增殖中起重要作用,其凋亡机制在低级别癌发生、发展中可能起主导作用。 [ Objective ] To investigate the expression of Livin and Ki67 in the low-grade and high-grade ovarian serous carcinomas and its clinical significance. [Methods] According to the two-tired grading system, 16 cases of low-grade and 43 cases of high-grade ovarian serous carcinomas were selected. Immunohistoche mistry (SP) was applied to examine the expression of Livin and Ki67. [Results] The expression level of Livin was not related to the Federation International of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) staging or lymphatic metastasis (χ^2= 0.019, 0.023, P〉 0.05), while Ki67 had correlations with FIGO staging and lymphatic metastasis (χ^2= 10.524, 9.671, P〈 0.05). The expression level of Livin in the low-grade serous carcinomas was significantly higher than that in the high-grade ones (χ^2= 8.580, P〈0.05). The expression level of Ki67 was significantly upregulated in the high-grade serous carcinomas compared with the low-grade group (χ^2= 15.252, P〈 0.05). There were negative correlations between Livin and Ki67 expression rates in both low-grade and highgrade groups (P 〈 0.05). [Conclusion] The increased Livin expression in low-grade ovarian serous carcinomas indicates that inhibition of apoptosis pathway possibly plays a key role in the development of this type of tumor. Apoptosis mechanism may be invoved in the carcinogenic process of low-grade ovarian serous carcinoma.
