摘要
根据珲春多金属有限公司铜阳极泥的成分及其处理规模,并借鉴国内外同类处理厂的生产实践及技术改造经验,确定了回转窑焙烧脱硒、湿法综合处理、电解精炼的铜阳极泥处理工艺流程。同时,对设计流程进行了改进优化,形成了工艺水平先进、设备配置合理、自动化程度高的设计方案。
According to the composition of copper anode slime and its treatment scale in Hunchun Polymetal Co., Ltd. and referring to the production practice and technical renovation experience in plants home and abroad, the paper has settled a process including selenium removal by roasting in rotary kiln, comprehensive metallurgical treat- ment and electrolytic refinement of copper anode slime. At the same time, the design flow is optimized, making the treatment technologically advanced, reasonable in equipment configuration and highly automated.
