合作社的人际信任和系统信任研究

Research on the Cooperative Interpersonal Trust and System Trust

基于农民视角的合作社组织信任体系主要由人际信任和系统信任两部分组成,其中人际信任包括农民对社长的纵向信任和农民间的横向信任,系统信任包括农民对合作社整体的信任和农民对村庄公权力的信任。本研究通过对湖北省Y县合作社考察发现,合作社组织信任总体水平不高,其中人际信任水平较高,系统信任水平较低;组织信任与农民的参与意愿及参与行为均显著相关;合作社系统信任对农民参与意愿、参与行为均具有显著影响,而人际信任无显著影响,合作社组织信任结构由人际信任向系统信任转变。

The system of farmers' trust in cooperative organization is mainly composed of interpersonal trust and system trust. The interpersonal trust includes farmers' longitudinal trust in cooperative president and horizontal trust in other farmers. Moreover,the system trust includes farmers' trust in the whole cooperative and the village public power. According the fieldwork of cooperatives in Y County of Hubei Province,this study has found that the overall trust level of cooperative is not high,while the level of interpersonal trust is high,and the level of system trust is low. There is significant correlation of organization trust with farmers' willingness and behavior of participation. Cooperative system trust influences signally on the farmers' willingness and behavior of participating in cooperatives,while system trust does not influence. The cooperative organization trust structure is transforming from interpersonal trust- to-trust system.
