摘要
各级地价评估事务所土地估价业务的办理长期以来依靠手工处理 ,业务办理周期长、效率低 ,很难准确、高效地完成宗地估价业务。针对这种状况 ,笔者以VisualFoxPro 6 .0作为开发工具 ,开发出适用于各级地价评估事务所的宗地估价系统。该系统采用先进的数据字典技术和多媒体数据管理技术实现多种数据和信息的有效管理和维护 ,而且在核心数据库和估价模型库。
The operations of land evaluation have been transacted by handwork all long and rarely can be fulfilled effectively and accurately. In allusion to this phase, this paper sets up the system of land evaluation with the tool of VFP. Supported by the technologies of data dictionary and multimedia-data management, the system achieves the efficacious management and maintenance to data and automatically evaluates land price based on the databases.
