摘要
本文根据墙体热阻测试设备的构造和工作原理,利用fluent软件模拟了热箱内部温度场,分析了温度场的分布情况。通过对典型测试状态的设定,分析了各种温度因素对测试结果精度的影响,得到了综合的均方差误差,最后对如何降低测量误差以及加强高热阻测试研究提出建议。
According to the configuration and working principle of the wall thermal resistance measurement device,this paper uses software Fluent to simulate the internal temperature field of the measurement device,and analyzes the temperature field distribution. By setting typical measurement situations,the influences of various temperature factors on the precision of the measurement results are analyzed. The comprehensive mean square error is obtained.At last,the paper offers advice for reducing measurement error and facilitating studies on high thermal resistance measurement.
