Cs改性CoAPO-5分子筛催化对叔丁基甲苯选择性氧化合成对叔丁基苯甲醛 被引量:2

摘要 采用水热法制备了Cs改性的CoAPO-5分子筛催化剂,并用ICP、XRD、UV-Vis、CO2-TPD等手段表征了催化剂的结构与物化性质。研究了Cs改性CoAPO-5分子筛在对叔丁基甲苯(PTBT)选择性氧化制对叔丁基苯甲醛(PTBD)反应中的催化性能。结果表明,经过Cs改性后的CoAPO-5分子筛比CoAPO-5具有更高的Co含量和碱量。在反应温度60℃、反应时间4h、原料PTBT质量为1.48g、引发剂NHPI质量为0.08g、催化剂Cs改性CoAPO-5(Cs/Co(摩尔比)=2)质量为0.32g的优化条件下,PTBT的转化率为39.4%,PTBD的选择性达到73.9%。 Cesium modified molecular sieves CoAPO-5 have been synthesized by means ot hydrotnermal crystallizing process, characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, CO2 adsorption-desorption isotherm, diffuse reflectance UV-vis spectroscopy and inductive coupled plasma emission spectrometer. The cat-alytic performance of Cs modified APO-5 Zeolites in selective oxidation of p-tert-gutyltoluene to p- tert-Butylbenzaldehyde was studied. The results indicated that under the optimized conditions as reaction time of 4 h, PTBT of 1.48 g, CoAPO-5 of 0. 32 g, N-Hydroxyphthalimide of 0.08 g and reaction temperature of 60℃, the conversion of PTBT could reach 39.4% with PTBD selectivity of 73.9%.
