氧化铁改性γ-氧化铝负载碳酸钾催化酯化的活性研究

摘要 采用Fe2O3改性的γ-Al2O3作为载体负载K2CO3,用等体积浸渍法制得固体碱催化剂用于癸酸六聚甘油酯的合成。考察了Fe2O3改性γ-Al2O3作为载体的固体碱催化剂的催化活性。采用XRD、CO2-TPD等对所制备的催化剂进行了结构和性能表征。结果表明,在γ-Al2O3中加入适量Fe2O3改性剂可以产生了新碱性中心,使催化剂具有更高的催化活性,Fe2O3最佳加入量为5%,催化反应的酯化率可达到91.0%。 γ-Al2O3 modified by Fe2O3 was used as a carrier to be loaded K2CO3 by impregnation. These solid base catalysts were used to synthesis decanoate ester hexamer. The catalytic activity of catalysts was studied, and the structure and performance were characterized by XRD and CO2-TPD. The re- sults showed that the catalysts had higher activity after the carrier 7-Al203 was modified by Fe2O3 be- cause of the new born base center. The optimum content of Fe2O3 is 5%. The esterification rate can be up to 91.0%.
