2-(己基硫代)乙胺的合成与结构表征

摘要 以2-氯乙胺盐酸盐、己硫醇和氢化钠为原料,在常压下加热合成了2-(己基硫代)乙胺。通过红外光谱、质谱和核磁共振波谱对产物的结构进行了分析表征,并考察了溶剂、反应温度和反应时间等参数对产物收率的影响。结果表明,在以乙二醇二乙醚为溶剂,反应温度80℃,反应2h条件下,2-(己基硫代)乙胺收率为85%。 Hexyl thioethylamine was synthesized with 2-Chloroethylamine hydrochloride, hexanethiol and sodium hydride under atmospheric pressure. The structure of the product was analyzed and char- acterized by means of FTIR, MS and NMR. The effects of factors such as solvent, reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of the product were conducted. Results showed that the best yield of the product could be up to 85% when reacted at 80℃ for 2 h with ethylene glycol diethyl ether as solvent.
