摘要
针对目前通用的活性染料间位酯3-(β-硫酸酯基乙基砜基)-苯胺的染色固色率和色牢度较低的问题,研究合成了新型活性染料中间体3-(β-硫酸酯基乙基砜基)-5-磺酸基苯胺,并利用该中间体合成了I-活性染料。实验对比了I-活性染料与传统活性中间体合成的染料(T-活性染料)的固色率、耐水洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度,I-活性染料和T-活性染料的固色率分别为93.2和68.7,耐水洗色牢度分别为5级和3~4级,干摩擦色牢度分别为4级和3~4级,湿摩擦色牢度分别为4级和3级。结果表明:在相同的织物和相同的染色条件下,利用改性中间体所合成的I-活性染料和T-活性染料大红色的色光鲜艳、耐碱性好、固色率高,色牢度明显得到改善。
In view of the problem of low color fastness and reactive dyeing fixation rate of reactive dyes of meta-ester 3-(β-sulphtoethyl-sulphone) phenylamine, a novel reactive dye intermediates named 3-(β-sulphtoethyl-sulphone) -5-sulfonic phenylamine is composed and is used to synthesize I-dyes. The experiment compared the degree of fixation, color fastness to washing and color fastness to rubbing of I-dye and T-dye which is synthesize by traditional dyes intermediate. Results show that red color brightness, alkali resistance, degree of fixation and color fastness of I-dyes synthesized by modified intermediates is improved obviously under conditions of the same fabric and the same dyeing.
