摘要
[目的]了解医院护士主观幸福感现状及组织因素对护士主观幸福感的影响。[方法]采用主观幸福感量表、一般人口学资料和组织因素调查问卷对420名护士进行问卷调查。[结果]护士主观幸福感得分为74.86分±10.62分;多元回归分析结果显示调查的8个组织因素中有平均每周加班时数、组织管理满意度、工作氛围及科室4个变量进入回归方程;4个变量对护士主观幸福感共解释为31.8%。[结论]护士主观幸福感处于中等偏上水平,影响护士主观幸福感水平的组织因素主要有平均每周加班时数、组织管理满意度、工作氛围及科室。
Objective:To know about the status quo of nurses' subjective well-being and the influence of organizational factors on subjective well-being of nurses.Methods:The subjective well-being scale,general demographic information questionnaire and organizational factors questionnaire were used for survey of 420 nurses.Results:The score of subjective well-being was 74.86±10.62.Multiple regression analysis showed that in the eight organizational factors there were four variables entering into the regression equation,which included the average weekly overtime hours,organizational management satisfaction,working atmosphere and department.4variables explained for 31.8% nurses' subjective well-being.Conclusion:Nurses' subjective well-being is at the middleupper level,the major organizational factors affecting the nurses' subjective well-being level were average weekly overtime hours,organizational management satisfaction,working atmosphere and department.
