Investigating The Spatial and Temporal Issues in China's Urban Development

空间资源的不足和配置的不均衡,已成为影响我国城市化进程最直接的客观条件和现实背景。但时间因素同样不可忽视。空间与土地资源已成为影响我国城镇化的主要矛盾。时间要素也是一个制约我国城市发展的深层机制,是决定我国城市群建设质量和发展水平的关键所在。在空间资源不足和时间因素不确定的交互作用下,中国城市发展既有华丽的"窑变",但更多的是大量的"次品""半成品"甚至是"怪胎",城市化的成本问题空前突出,未来的更新与重建任务艰巨。

The inadequate spatial resources and the imbalance allocation has become the most direct objective conditions and realistic background in the process of China' s urbanization.Nowadays,space and land resources have become the main contradiction of the urbanization in China.Becoming a deep mechanism which restricts China' s development,timing factor,however,ought not to be ignored,since it decide the quality and level of development of urban agglomeration in China.In the condition of interaction between insufficient spatial resources and uncertainty of timing factors,'gorgeous works' may grow in China' s urban development,but more 'mediocre stock','semi- manufactures' or even 'freaks' may appear.Considering the unprecedented cost problem of urbanization,the further renewal and reconstruction of the task are arduous.
