摘要
目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)病人血清抗苗勒管激素(AMH)与卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)的关系。方法选取于我院行常规长方案治疗的PCOS病人共71例,根据是否发生OHSS分为中重度OHSS组(A组)和轻度及未发生OHSS组(B组)。应用ELISA法检测两组病人基础血清AMH和降调后血清AMH水平。结果 PCOS病人基础血清AMH水平与降调后相比,差异无显著性。A组病人基础血清及降调后血清AMH水平均显著高于B组(t=2.00、3.28,P<0.05)。PCOS病人基础血清AMH水平与人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)日的雌二醇(E2)水平及大卵泡数(≥14mm)均呈显著正相关(r=0.341、0.250,P<0.05)。结论 PCOS病人基础血清AMH水平与OHSS的发生存在显著相关性,AMH可能成为预测OHSS的新指标。
Objective To explore the correlation between serum anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)and ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS)in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Methods This study consisted of 71 patients with PCOS treated in our hospital with routine program.According to if OHSS was developed,the patients were divided into group A-moderate-severe OHSS;group B-mild or without OHSS.Using ELISA,baseline and after down-regulation serum AMH levels were detected. Results The difference was not statistically significant between the basic serum levels of AMH and that after down-regulation in patients with PCOS.The basic and after down-regulation levels of serum AMH in group A were higher than that in group B(t=2.00,3.28;P0.05).The basic serum AMH levels in PCOS patients were positively correlated with E2 levels and the mean number of follicles≥ 14 mm on HCG day(r=0.341,0.250;P0.05). Conclusion The basic serum levels of AMH in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome are obviously associated with the development of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome,AMH may become a new predictor for this condition.
