桡动脉应用于冠状动脉旁路移植术的研究进展

摘要 冠状动脉旁路移植术是针对冠状动脉粥样硬化多支病变的主要治疗方案,而以左乳内动脉桥为首的动脉桥血管,被证明能比静脉桥带来更好的临床预后。桡动脉桥作为目前常用的动脉移植物之一,虽然已被初步证明具有优于大隐静脉桥的远期通畅率,但其使用率仍然不高。用动脉桥取代静脉桥,逐步实现多支动脉化乃至全动脉化血运重建,是未来冠状动脉旁路移植术的发展趋势。因此,桡动脉桥拥有广阔的发展空间。获益人群、获取和抗痉挛的新方法以及靶血管的合理选择是桡动脉桥的研究热点,本文旨在对其研究进展进行阐述。
