摘要
简述了火力发电厂变频机房的负荷特点及降温需求。对位于陕西和内蒙古的两个发电厂变频机房应用蒸发冷却通风降温技术的效果进行了测试。结果显示:室内环境温度为26-30℃,相对湿度为50%-60%,机组温降为8-11℃;管式间接蒸发冷却段效率为40%左右,直接蒸发冷却段效率为85%左右。根据测试结果分析了其通风降温系统在过滤、布水、送排风方式、室内风量平衡等方面存在的问题,给出了针对蒸发冷却通风降温系统设计、蒸发冷却空气处理机组设计、系统运行管理和维护的改进措施。
Briefly describes the load characteristics and cooling requirement of frequency conversion machine rooms in power plant.Tests the performance of evaporative ventilation cooling technology applied to two frequency conversion machine rooms of power plant in Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia.The results show that the indoor temperature keeps between 26 ℃ and 30 ℃,while the relative humidity remains between 50% and 60% and the unit temperature drop keeps between 8 ℃ and 11 ℃.The corresponding efficiencies of tube type indirect and direct evaporative cooling sections are about 40% and 85%,respectively.Based on the test results,analyses the problems existing in the ways of filter,water distribution,air supply and exhaust mode,and indoor air volume balance of the ventilation cooling system.Provides the improvement measures for the design,operational management and maintenance of the evaporative cooling ventilation cooling system and the evaporative cooling air handling units.
