摘要
基于盐化物融冰雪机理,制备一种新型复合盐化物。设计了试件表面结冰、冰层表面散装混合料剥落融冰、加速融化等试验,分别从降雪初期、中期、雪后3个时段评价自融雪路面的融雪效果。结果表明:掺有该复合盐化物的自融雪路面,在降雪初期能有效抑制结冰,中期可加速融冰,雪后有利于铲雪。在融雪剂掺量为4.5wt%的条件下,路用性能各项指标良好,达到了预期及设计要求。
Based on snowmelt mechanism with salt, a new type of composite salt is prepared. Icing test on the surface of the specimen and accelerated melting experiments are Conducted to evaluate snowmelt effect of early snowfall, mid-snowfall and late snowfall respectively. The result shows that the deicing road can inhibited ice effectively at early snowfall, accelerate ice melting significantly at mid-snowfall, and furthermore the snow on the surface of the road can be removed easily at late snowfall. The research is demonstrated when the content of the composite salt in the asphalt mixture is 4. 5wt%, and all road indicators are perfect, meeting current specification requirements.
