交锁髓内钉早期动力化治疗对下肢骨折患者疗效的影响

Affect on treatment of patients with lower extremity fractures with interlocking intramedullary nail early momentum treatment

目的:探讨交锁髓内钉早期动力化治疗下肢骨折的临床效果。方法:选取90例下肢骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用交锁髓内钉治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上行早期动力化治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、骨折愈合时间及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组骨折临床愈合时间与骨性愈合时间均短于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组功能恢复优良率为97.78%,明显高于对照组86.67%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者感染、下肢静脉血栓及延迟愈合发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:交锁髓内钉早期动力化治疗下肢骨折可缩短骨折愈合时间,降低并发症发生,促进功能恢复。

Objective： To explore the effect on treatment of patients with lower extremity fractures with interlocking intramedullary nail early momentum treatment. Methods： 90 cases of lower ex- tremity fractures were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated by intei＇locking intramedullary nail. And on this basis, the observation group was carried out interlocking intramedullary nail early momentum treatment. The treatment effects, re- covery time of fracture and complications were compared. Results： In observation group, the clini- cal recovery time and bone recovery time of fracture were shorter than that of control group. The statistics significance was found between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The excellent rate of function recovery in observation group was 97.78%, higher than 86.67% of the control group. The statis- tics significance was found between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The infection, thrombosis of ex- tremity vein and relay cure incidence in observation group were obviously lower than that of control group. The statistics significance was found between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： In- terlocking intramedullary nail early momentum treatment may improve the recovery of lower ex- tremity, decrease complications and enhance the function recovery.
