妇科恶性肿瘤切除卵巢后性激素、骨密度的变化

摘要 目的:探讨妇科恶性肿瘤患者切除卵巢后雌激素下降,从而导致骨密度的变化趋势及两者之间的相关关系。方法:选取月经规律组58例及妇科恶性肿瘤患者(术前均未绝经)159例进行性激素、骨密度测定。结果:妇科恶性肿瘤患者卵巢切除后出现E2下降、FSH升高,骨密度逐渐下降,均与手术绝经时间正相关。结论:妇科恶性肿瘤患者切除卵巢后,雌激素水平下降,骨量流失,骨痛、骨折等合并症逐渐增多。 Objective:To explore the estrogen decline leading to the change trend of bone mineral density in patients with gynecological malignant tumor resection of the ovarian and the relationship between the two.Methods:Sex hormone and bone mineral density were measured in 58 cases of the periods regular and 159 cases with gynecology malignant tumor(preoperative menopause).Results:After ovarian resection,patients of gynecological malignant tumor,showed the drop in estradiol,the increase of follicle-stimulating hormone and bone mineral density decreased gradually.All were positively related to the surgical menopause time.Conclusion:After resection of the ovarian,the patients with gynecology malignant tumor may present the estrogen levels decline,bone loss,bone pain,fractures and other complications.
