摘要
目的：探讨心理护理干预在无偿献血中的应用。方法：选取2014年1~12月在我站无偿献血的420例献血者作为观察对象,随机分成干预组和对照组,每组各210例。对照组采用传统的常规护理模式;干预组在献血前、中、后都采用心理护理干预。结果：干预组的疼痛感受程度和献血反应发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;满意率和再次无偿献血率均明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：心理护理干预可以提高护理服务质量,应用在无偿献血中效果较好。
Objective：To investigate the psychological nursing intervention in the application of nursing care in blood donation.Methods：Between January 2014 and December 2014,420 blood donors were divided into two groups with 210 person each.The control group received routine nursing and the intervention group adopt psychological intervention in the donation process.Results：Compared to the control group,the pain and blood donation reaction of the intervention group were significantly less（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction and again blood donation rate was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Psychological nursing can improve the quality of nursing service and the good effect of application is obtaind in blood donation.
