Strategies for control of infections by multiple-drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumannii

鲍曼不动杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌是医院感染中最常见的条件致病菌,近年来临床上出现了泛耐药菌株日趋增多,给临床治疗带来了极大困难,笔者就泛耐药的铜绿假单胞菌和鲍曼不动杆菌的流行病学、耐药机制、基因分型、防治对策及病原治疗等作了综述。

Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumannii is conditional pathogenic bacteria of the most common in hospital infection.In recent years,the multiple-drug resistant strains increased gradually clinically,bringing great difficulty to the clinical treatment.The article reviews epidemiology,resistance mechanisms,countermeasures and pathogen treatment genotyping regarding the generic drug resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa and acinetobacter baumannii.
