对国内15所"985工程"高校图书馆微信公众平台的开通时间、微信名称、微信头像、微信号、微信类型、认证情况、微信推送内容及自定义菜单等进行了统计分析,发现当前"985工程"高校微信公众平台的基础设置和服务情况仍有待改善,建议从账号的规范性、信息推送内容的吸引性、服务内容体系的完善性以及推广力度等方面进行改善。

This paper carries out a statistical analysis on the opening time, WeChat name, WeChat logo, WeChat number, WeChat type, WeChat push content and customized menu of the WeChat public platform of the libraries of 15“Project 985”universities in China, finds that the infrastructure and service status of the WeChat public platform of the libraries of“Project 985”universities remain to be improved, and proposes that the improvement should be implemented from aspects of the standardization of the account number, the attraction of the information push content, the perfection of service content system, and the intensity of promotion, etc.
