摘要
随着高校图书馆的发展,外聘人员数量呈逐年上升的趋势,如何用好、管好外聘人员,成为迫切需要解决的问题。从高校图书馆外聘人员的必要性出发,分析了外聘人员的工作职能,探讨了外聘人员的管理对策。
With the development of university library, the quantity of external employees show a rising trend year by year, and how to make good use of and manage well external employees has become an urgent problem to be solved. From the necessity of employing external persons in university library, this paper analyzes the working functions of the external employees, and puts forward some countermeasures for the management of external employees.
