摘要
在艺术院校图书馆中,非图书馆专业馆员往往占大多数,他们的工作发展问题关乎艺术院校教学、科研的质量和水平,也关乎艺术院校图书馆的发展,而他们却容易产生工作倦怠现象。个人自身努力和组织环境构建是解决艺术院校非图书馆专业馆员工作倦怠问题的有效途径。
In the library of art academy, the librarians without library science background often account for the majority, their work development problem is related to the quality and level of art academy’s teaching and scientific research, and also is related to the development of the library of art academy, however, they are prone to job burnout phenomenon. The individual’s own efforts and organizational environment construction are the effective paths for solving the job-burnout of the librarians without library science background in art academy.
