系统性EB病毒阳性T细胞淋巴组织增殖性疾病一例

摘要 患者女性，27岁，因无明显诱因间断发热3个月于2013年10月入院。查体：体温36．9℃，表情烦躁，结膜苍白，面颊及双下肢出血性皮疹，左侧颈部、双侧腋窝、双侧腹股沟多发淋巴结肿大。
