老年心律失常诊断中动态心电图的应用效果观察

Dynamic electrocardiogram in elderly arrhythmia diagnosis application effect observation

目的分析与研究采用动态心电图对老年心律失常进行诊断的可靠性。方法通过选取2011年10月至2014年6月期间于我院进行动态心电图检测的831例老年心律失常患者,对所有患者分别进行动态心电图检测与常规心电图检测,对比两者在检测结果上的差异。结果采用动态心电图检测出的房性早搏、室性早搏、房速、房颤、房室传导阻滞、窦房传导阻滞窦缓、室内传导阻滞以及房室传导阻滞等检出率,均高于常规心电图检测概率,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动态心电图检测运用于老年心率失常诊断中,具有较高的疾病检出率,能够为进一步临床诊疗提供可靠依据。

Objective To analyze and study dynamic electrocardiogram（ ecg） elderly arrhythmia diagnosis reliability. Methods Selected our hospital through October 2011 to June 2014 during the detection of dynamic electrocardiogram（ ECG）,831 cases of elderly patients with arrhythmia,dynamic electrocardiogram（ ECG） in all patients respectively with conventional electrocardiogram detection,comparison of the differences in test results. Results Dynamic electrocardiogram detected room sex premature beat,ventricular premature beat,room rate,arterial fibrillation,atrioventricular block,sinus block sinus slow,indoor conduction block and atrioventricular block detection rate, were higher than routine electrocardiogram detection probability, the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Dynamic electrocardiogram test applied to elderly arrhythmia diagnosis has higher detection rate of disease,can provide reliable basis for further clinical diagnosis and treatment.
