老年冠心病左心功能不全患者应用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪的疗效分析

Analysis on the efficacy of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidinein the treatment of left ventricular insufficient for senium patients with coronary heart disease

目的探讨老年冠心病左心功能不全患者应用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪的疗效。方法选取我院2011年4月至2014年8月收治的88例冠心病左心功能不全老年患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,实验组加用曲美他嗪和阿托伐他汀治疗,24个月后比较两组患者心功能指标和心功能分级情况。结果在治疗第6、12及24个月时,实验组心功能分级均优于对照组,实验组LVEDD、LVESD低于对照组,而LVEF改善高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率为11.36%,对照组不良反应发生率为13.64%,不良反应组间比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.104,P>0.05)。结论冠心病左心功能不全老年患者应用曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗可取得良好的心功能改善效果,且安全性较好。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidinein the treatment of left ventricular insufficient in senium patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 88 cases of left ventricular insufficient senium patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital during April 2012 and April2014 were chosen as experimental objects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group,patients in control group were treated with routine treatment,however,patients in experimental group were treated with atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine on the basis of control group,classification index of heart function and cardiac functionwere compared after 24 months. Results 6,12 and 24 months after the treatment,classification indexes of heart function of experimental group were better than that of control group. LVEDD and LVESD of experimental group were lower than control group,LVEF improvement in experimental groupwas higher than control that of group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Adverse reaction rate of experimental group was 11. 36%,and it was 13. 64% in control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine has good effect in treating left ventricular insufficient of senium patients with coronary heart disease,as well as good safety.
