Tei指数在妊娠期高血压患者左心室功能评价中的应用价值

Application value of Teiindex in the assessment of left- heart-functionin patients with HDP

目的运用彩色多普勒超声心动图的左室Tei指数对妊娠高血压综合征(Hyperensive disrderscomp Licating pregnancy,简称妊高征,HDP)患者左心功能进行评估。方法选择2012年7月至2014年10月我院妇产科收治的HDP患者212例,其中子痫前期重度组(A组)60例,子痫前期中度组(B组)86例,子痫前期轻度组(C组)66例,并选择与其孕龄相匹配的血压正常孕妇74例,为对照组,应用超声心动图检测等容舒张时间(IRT),等容收缩时间(ICT)和左室射血时间(ET),计算Tei指数。结果研究组左室Tei指数均较对照组显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HDP患者的Tei指数存在着明显异常变化,HDP患者病情越重,Tei指数增高越明显,说明左心功能降低越显著。

Objective To study the application value of Tei- index in the assessment of left- ventricular of patients with gestational hypertension（ Hyperensivedisrderscomp Licating pregnancy,HDP）. Methods212 patients with HDP,during July 2012 and October 2014,in department of Obstetrics and Gynecology were chose as research objects,including 60 cases of severe preeclampsia（ group A）,86 cases of medium preeclampsia（ group B）,66 cases of mild preeclampsia,and we selected 74 cases pregnant women whose blood pressure was normal as the control group（ group D）. We used the echocardiography to detect their isovolumetric relaxation time（ IRT）,isovolumetric contraction time（ ICT） and left ventricular ejection time（ ET） to calculate the Tei index.Results left ventricular Tei indexes of HDP group were significantly higher than control group,the difference were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Tei index of HDP patients has changed significantly. The Tei index will increase more obvious as illness is more serious,and this means that the left ventricular function in patients will decreased more significantly.
