老年人主观幸福感与青光眼病因的相关性研究

Study on the correlation between the etiology of glaucoma and subjective well- \being of the elderly

目的分析总结老年青光眼患者主观幸福感与青光眼的相关性,以为临床青光眼诊治提供临床参考。方法将60例行健康体检的老年人及60例患有青光眼的老年人作为观察对象,以健康体检老年人为对照组,以青光眼老年人为观察组,对比两组主观幸福感及眼压情况,同时对观察组主观幸福感与眼压相关性进行分析。结果观察组主观幸福感的纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表(MUNSH)评分为(10.12±6.61)分明显低于对照组的(17.36±8.13)分(P<0.05),而观察组眼压为(31.66±7.19)mm Hg明显高于对照组的(18.35±6.27)mm Hg(P<0.05)。同时观察组MUNSH评分与眼压存在显著的负向直线相关性(P<0.05)。结论老年青光眼患者主观幸福感可显著的下降,其随着眼压的升高,幸福感显著降低。

Objective To analyze and summarize the relevancebetween subjective well- beingand glaucoma SWBin elderly patients with glaucoma,in order to provide clinical reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma. Methods 60 healthy elderly and 60 cases of elderly suffered glaucoma were chosen as the observed object,subjective well- being and binocular pressure of the two groups were compared,meanwhile the correlation between SWB and IOPwere analyzed. Results The SWB Memorial University of Newfoundland Scale of Happiness（ MUNSH） score of observation group was（ 10. 12 ± 6. 61） significantly lower than the control group（ 17. 36 ± 8. 13）（ P〈0. 05）,meanwhile IOP of the observation group（ 31. 66 ± 7. 19 mm Hg） was significantly higher than that of control group（ 18. 35 ± 6. 27 mm Hg）（ P〈0. 05）. In the observation group MUNSH score and IOP present significant negative linear correlation（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Elderly patients with glaucoma SWB significantly decreases,however,with increasing IOP their happiness significantly reduced.
