心可舒片治疗冠心病患者的疗效及对抑郁、焦虑情绪的影响

Curative effect of coronary heart disease( CHD) treated by Xinkeshu tablets and effect on depression and anxiety

目的探讨心可舒片治疗冠心病患者的疗效及对抑郁、焦虑情绪的控制情况及不良反应。方法选择2013年6月至2014年9月于我院接受治疗的84例已确诊为冠心病并发抑郁、焦虑情绪的患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组患者在进行扩张冠状动脉、调节血脂、抗血小板凝聚等常规冠心病治疗方面均相同。对照组使用常规硝酸异山梨酯片、阿司匹林肠溶片、阿托伐他汀片进行基础治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上同时给予心可舒片进行治疗。两组均进行综合心脏康复计划(CR)及有关解释,以树立战胜疾病的信心,缓解紧张情绪,消除发病的心理因素,而且治疗期间不服用其他影响心脏药物。观察两组患者治疗后血脂、血流变学、临床症状以及对抑郁、焦虑情绪的影响。结果治疗组和对照组在接受治疗后有效率分别为92%和68%,两组之间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中,两组患者临床症状均得到改善,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组,治疗组汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心可舒片明显改善冠心病患者的临床症状,迅速缓解病情,并且能较好地控制抑郁、焦虑情绪,无明显不良反应,临床上值得进行推广。

Objective To explore the curative effect of coronary heart disease（ CHD） treated by Xinkeshu tablets and effect on depression and anxiety and adverse reactions. Methods Selected 84 cases diagnosed with coronary heart disease（ CHD） complicated with depression and anxiety of patients admitted in our hospital from June,2013 to September,2013 as the research object,randomly divided them into treatment group and control group. Conventional treatment of CHD for two groups of patients,such as the expansion of coronary artery,regulating blood fat,platelet aggregation resistance,were no the diiferences. The control group was treated with Isosorbide Dinitrate Tablets,Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets,atorvastatin,at the same time,the treatment group was treated by Xinkeshu tablets on the basic treatment of the control group. Both groups were all given with comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation program（ CR） and relevant explanation,so that established the confidence of conquer disease,alleviated intense sentiment,eliminate the psychological factors of the disease,and no other drugs effected heart would be used during treatment. Observed the changes of blood lipids,hemorrheology,clinical symptoms of two groups after treatment, and effectted on depression and anxiety. Results The effectiveness of the treatment group and control group after the treatment were respectively 92% and 68%,the differences had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Among them,the clinical symptoms of the two groups of patients were improved,the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,Hamilton depression scale（ HAMD） score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Xinkeshu tablets can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease（ CHD）,alleviate quickly,and better control the depression,anxiety,and have no obvious adverse reaction,worthy of clinical promotion.
