多元化疼痛干预对宫颈癌患者术后影响分析

Analysis of diversified pain intervention on clinical effect of cervical cancer patients

目的分析多元化疼痛干预对宫颈癌患者的临床影响。方法选择我院83例宫颈癌手术患者。按随机数字表,将其分为对照组43例,实施常规护理;实验组40例,实施多元化疼痛干预;对比两组术后情绪及疼痛情况。结果术后4 h及24 h实验组SAS评分及SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。此外,术后4 h及24 h实验组疼痛评分亦明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论多元化疼痛干预可有效缓解患者抑郁、焦虑情绪,减低患者术后疼痛程度。

Objective To analyze the diversified pain intervention on the clinical effect of cervical cancer patients. Methods Having chosen 83 patients with cervical cancer surgery. According to random number table,it could be divided into control group 43 cases,implemented routine nursing; Experimental group 40 cases diversify the pain intervention. Compared the postoperative pain and mood of patients of two groups. Results 4 h and 24 h after surgery,the SAS and SDS scores of experimental group were significantly lower than control group＇s（ P〈0. 01）. In addition,4 h and 24 h after surgery,the pain scores of experimental group were significantly lower than control group＇s（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusions Diversified pain intervention have important significance in relieving depression,anxiety,and pain.
