摘要
目的探讨智护干预对早产儿视听能力的临床效果和应用价值。方法选择2013年5—11月期间在我院分娩的80例早产儿随机均分为干预组和对照组作为研究对象,对照组采用早产儿常规护理,干预组在早产儿常规护理基础上运用智护训练,统计比较两组早产儿出生时及出生后第30天视力与听力观察、两组早产儿出生72小时及出生后1个月脑干听性诱发电位测试结果。结果护理干预后,干预组对红球反应和d BHL阈值正常率均明显优于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义。结论智护干预对早产儿的视听能力的发育具有促进作用,临床效果好,有一定的应用价值,值得推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of nursing intervention on listening skills of premature babies and its application value. Methods During May 2013 and November 2013,the 80 children got birthin our hospital were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,the control group usingroutine premature nursing care,preterm infantsinintervention group adopted intelligence nursing trainingbased on routine care.Vision and hearing of the infants at the time point ofbirth and thirty days after the birth were observed and compared,brain stem evoked potential test results of the two groups 72 hours ora monthafter birthwere observed and compared. Results After nursing interventionregulaterate of red ball reaction and d BHL threshold of the intervention group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference is statistically significant.Conclusions Nursing intervention on premature babies have promoting effect on the development of listening skills,clinical effect is good and has certain application value,worthy of promotion.
