异位嗜铬细胞瘤的MSCT诊断

MULTI-SLICE CT DIAGNOSIS OF ECTOPIC PHEOCHROMOCYTOMA

目的分析总结异位嗜铬细胞瘤的多层螺旋CT(MSCT)表现,加强对异位嗜铬细胞瘤的认识。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的12例异位嗜铬细胞瘤的MSCT表现。结果 12例全部单发。5例位于腹主动脉旁,3例位于肾门区,3例位于髂总血管旁,1例位于膀胱。10例表现出明显的囊变坏死,2例不明显。增强扫描1例轻度强化,2例中度强化,9例强化明显。结论异位嗜铬细胞瘤MSCT表现具有一定特征性,结合典型临床表现多可明确诊断,最终确诊依靠穿刺活检。

Objective To analyze the manifestations of ectopic pheochromocytoma（PCC）on multislice CT（MSCT）,and enhance the understanding of this condition. Methods Manifestations of 12 cases of ectopic PCC,confirmed by pathology,on MSCT were retrospectively analyzed. Results All of the tumors in the 12 cases were solitary：five located in the side of abdominal aorta,three in renal hilum,three in the side of iliac blood vessels,and one in the urinary bladder.Apparent cystic degeneration and necrosis were observed in 10 cases,the other two were not obvious.Enhancement scanning showed one with mild enrichment,two with moderately enhanced,and nine with obviously enhanced. Conclusion The manifestations of ectopic pheochromocytoma on MSCT are characteristic,a diagnosis can be clear in most cases combining with typical manifestations.A final diagnosis of this condition depends on biopsy.
