青岛大学医疗集团运行模式及成效分析

MODE OF OPERATION AND EFFECT ANALYSIS OF MEDICAL GROUP OF QINGDAO UNIVERSITY

目的对青岛大学医疗集团的运行模式及成效进行分析,为青岛市乃至全国的公立医院医疗集团的组建和发展提供决策参考。方法通过文献研究、专家访谈等方法,对青岛大学医疗集团的管理模式、管理体制及运行机制进行调查分析,总结运行成效。结果青岛大学医疗集团及成员医院都得到了快速的发展,集团对成员医院的辐射、带动作用逐渐加强。结论通过个案分析,可为今后医疗集团的发展提供借鉴。

Objective To analyze the operation mode and effectiveness of Medical Group of Qingdao University,and provide a decision reference for medical groups of public hospitals in Qingdao and even countrywide hospitals in their forming and development. Methods Through literature review,expert interviews and other research methods,the mode of management,system of administration and operating mechanism of Medical Group of Qingdao University were surveyed and analyzed,the result summarized. Results The Medical Group of Qingdao University and its member hospitals obtained rapid development,the influence and leading effect on member hospitals gradually enhanced. Conclusion Through case analysis,a reference is provided for future development of medical groups.
