Application Analysis of Cefmetazole Sodium for Injections in Inpatients from a Certain Hospital

目的：调查某院住院患者注射用头孢关唑钠（CMZ）使用情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：回顾性随机抽查某院2014年1—6月住院患者611份使用CMZ的住院病历，对其使用频度（DDDs）排序、用药适应证、用法用量、用药疗程等进行统计分析。结果：CMZ在抗菌药中DDDs排序第5位；611例患者中，内科、儿科预防用药33例，治疗用药310例，外科围手术期用药268例；用药适应证合理率为71．19％，用法用量合理率为52．04％，用药疗程合理率为64．97％。结论：临床使用CMZ存在严重不合理的情况，应加强其规范使用的管理。

Objective：To investigate the application of cefmetazole （CMZ） in inpatients from a certain hospital to provide reference for the clinical rational medication. Methods：A retrospective investigation was adopted to randomly survey 611 hospitalized medical recorders with CMZ from a certain hospital from January to June in 2014. The DDDs, indications, usage and dosage and medication course in the use of CMZ were analyzed. Results：The DDDs rank of CMZ was the fifth in the antibiotics. Among the enrolled 611 eases, there were 33 eases in medical and pediatric prophylactic medications, 310 cases in treatment medications and 268 eases in surgical perioperative prophylactic medications. The rationality of indication, usage and dosage and medication course in the use of CMZ was 71.19%, 52.04% and 64.97%, respectively. Conclusion：There is serious irrational use of CMZ in clinics, the use and management of CMZ should be strengthened and regulated.
