Summary and Experiences of Anti-infective Clinical Pharmacist Participating in the Consultations of 123 Cases

目的：探讨抗感染专业临床药师参与会诊的效果。方法：对2014年1～12月抗感染药物专业临床药师参与会诊的123例会诊记录进行统计分析，探讨会诊效果。结果：123例会诊病历中，会诊意见采纳率为85．1％，临床有效率达82．08％。结论：抗感染药物专业临床药师参与会诊，可以优化药物治疗方案，提高疗效，保障医疗质量安全。

Objective：To research clinical effects of anti - infective clinical pharmacist participating in clinical consultations. Methods：Analyzed 123 cases of clinical consultation record, and research effects of clinical pharmacist consultations. Results： The 85.1% consultation recommendations were adopted. After clinical pharmacist consultations, 82.08% were effected. About bacterial infection cases, the efficiency of the consultation adopted group was higher than that of the non adopted group （P 〈 0.05 ）, while the bacterial clearance was not statistically different. Conclusion：The participation of anti - infective clinical pharmacists in the consultations optimized clinical drug treatment, improve the therapeutic effect, and ensuer the safety of medical quality.
