摘要
农药是现代农业特殊的投入品,分析了农药负效应的危害,论述了加大农药监控力度的重要性、必要性、紧迫性,阐明了农药减量控害的基本思路及相关建议。
Pesticide is one of special inputs of modern agriculture. Some negative effect of pesticide was analyzed, and the importance, necessity and urgency of strengthening supervision and control of pesticide were discussed in this paper. At last, the essential considerations and relevant recommendations of efficient chemical control techniques were illustrated.
