摘要
采用发泡交联法制备氧化石墨烯/壳聚糖/聚乙烯醇(GO/CS/PVA)复合海绵(GCS),通过红外光谱和扫描电镜等手段对GCS的微观形态、结构组成、吸水率、保水率、密度和孔隙率等进行表征和分析,同时比较了吸附剂用量、染料初始质量浓度和吸附时间对GCS吸附性能的影响。结果表明:氧化石墨烯/壳聚糖/聚乙烯醇复合海绵呈多孔结构,具有优异的表面性能和吸附性能,在较佳条件下,染料的平衡吸附量可高达421.5 mg/g。
The GO/CS/PVA composite sponge (GCS) is developed for wastewater treatment, which is proposed by foamed cross-linking method. Through FTIR and SEM, the morphology, composition, water absorption, water retention, density and porosity of the GCS are characterized and analyzed. Also the influences of adsorbent concentration, initial concentration of dye and adsorption time on the adsorption properties of GCS are compared. The results show that the GCS has porous structure, excellent surface property and higher adsorption. Under optimum conditions, the equilibrium adsorption amount of dye can up to 421.5 mg/g.
