摘要
棉针织物经阳离子改性后用荧光涂料染色,探讨了改性剂和氢氧化钠用量,改性时间和温度对改性效果的影响;分析了表面活性剂、染色温度和时间对染色效果的影响;讨论了黏合剂用量,固色时间和温度对固色效果的影响。优化的改性工艺为:阳离子改性剂4%(omf),氢氧化钠2.5g/L,改性温度70℃,改性时间30min;最佳染色温度60℃,染色时间20min;最佳固色工艺为:黏合剂8%(omf),交联剂1%(omf),固色温度70℃,固色时间20min。固色后干摩擦牢度达4~5级,湿摩擦牢度达2—3级。
The fluorescent pigment dyeing process of cotton knitted fabric after cationic modification is studied. The influences of modifier and sodium hydroxide concentration, modification time and temperature on the modified effect are discussed. The influences of the surface active agent, dyeing time and temperature on the dyeing results are analyzed. The influences of adhesive concentration, the fixing time and temperature on the fixing results are discussed. The optimum process of modification is: cationic modifier 4% (omf), sodium hydroxide 2.5 g/L, modified at 70℃,for 30 min. The optimal dyeing process is: dyeing at 60 ℃, for 20 min. The optimum fixing process is: adhesive 8% (omf), crosslinker 1% (omf), fixing at 70 ℃, for 20 min. The dry rubbing fastness is Grade 4N5 and the wet rubbing fastness is Grade 2N3 after fixing.
