介绍了里奥竹宽幅织物的长车生产工艺,包括前处理、染色和后整理。前处理采用2 g/L生物酶退浆和煮练同时进行;染色选用活性染料长车(轧烘-轧蒸)工艺;后整理采用两次预缩,两次预缩工艺间进行树脂、柔软一浴整理,树脂整理剂F-ECO 70 g/L,柔软剂SIO 10 g/L,可赋予织物优良手感,并提高织物防缩抗皱性能和抗起毛起球性能。
The continuous production process for lyocell bamboo broad fabric is introduced, including pretreatment, dyeing and finishing. The large-scale production process is detailed, such as the pretreatment with enzyme 2 g/L, desizing and scouring in one bath, the continuous pad-dry and pad-steam dyeing process with reactive dyes, softening and resin finishing in one bath with softener SIO 10 g/L and resin F-ECO 70 g/L between two pre-shrinking process. The fabric features excellent handle and improved anti-crease, shrink-resistant and anti-pilling performance.
