摘要
采用液相色谱-串联质谱法测定纺织品中克莱范。试样用甲醇萃取过滤后,采用液质联用仪对其进行定性定量分析。流动相为甲醇/乙酸铵,梯度分析。采用高流速电喷雾离子源(HESI),定性离子对为633.8/426.8;定量子离子为633.8/587.8。添加质量分数为2.5~50.0μg/kg时,回收率为88%~102%,相对标准偏差为5.04%~9.01%,检出限为0.19μg/kg。
The determination of kelevan in textiles by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) is introduced. Test sample is extracted with methanol, and analyzed by LC-MS/MS after filtration. Gradient analysis is used with methanol/ammonium as mobile phase. High velocity electro-spray ionization source is applied. The qualitative ion pair is 633.8/426.8 and the quantitative ion pair is 633.8/ 587.8. While the concentration is 2.5-50.0 t^g/kg, the recovery rates are 88%-102%, the RSDs are 5.04%- 9.01% and the limit of determination is 0.19 μg/kg.
